Does it cost anything to create a FlexDesk account?
There is no cost associated with registering with FlexDesk.
Do I need a FlexDesk account to rent an office?
Yes, our online reservation system requires you to have a valid FlexDesk account.
Do I need a PayPal account to pay for my office?
No, a PayPal account is not required. PayPal offers the option to pay by major credit card.
What will I need to bring with me on my office rental date?
Please bring your Confirmation Receipt and a signed copy of the Rental Agreement. Don't panic if you forget either, we can look it up, but it does expedite the process to have things in hand.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Offices open at 8:30 AM and close at 5:00 PM. We can be flexible by 30 minutes on either side with advance notice.
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Our cancellation policy is available for review in the Rental Agreement.
